Ullas possesses exceptional conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and strong ability to synthesize information from different sources. He is a thinker and loves to do work that is unconventional, intellectually stimulating and makes a big impact on an organization’s performance.
Ullas is a certified “Theory of Constraints” (TOC) practitioner certified by TOC International Certification Organization (TOCICO). He has been trained on EFQM business excellence model and have been a certified assessor for CII Exim Bank Award for Business Excellence.
Ullas is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta. He has worked with Accenture, Maruti Suzuki, Hughes Software and Microland Group.
Sanjay Shrivastava
Sanjay is Management professional with more than 30 years in the global high technology organizations. He enjoys providing strategic direction with his visualization skills which would have long lasting impact on the business performance. His areas of expertise include Market Study, Business Strategy, Business Development, Business Management, Bid Management, Contract Management, Product Management, Procurement Practices and Business Process Improvements.
In his corporate career, Sanjay has held key positions for the Global, APAC & Indian markets with the leading Global Telecom companies viz: Nokia Networks &Siemens Public Communications. He has led & managed multi million dollar Equipment & Services turnkey projects (with P&L responsibility) in hi-tech domains.
His academic qualifications include MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and B.E.(Hons.) from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani.
S D Narang

His illustrious career allowed him to experience different aspects of Digital business including business unit leadership with P&L, vertical operational and delivery leadership, business incubation leadership, strategic outsourcing and transition management leadership, architectural and product development, human resource talent and career management, large engagement governance, business revival and transformation leadership, business development and strategic leadership, business consulting and advisory leadership in various roles he played in marquee organizations.

Gaurav Prakash
Gaurav is an expert in Digital Marketing. He has over 19 years of diverse experience in the Marketing domain including Marketing and strategic leadership, Product management and New Product launch, Market segmentation and penetration, Digital Marketing strategy and E-commerce strategy and launch.
Gaurav has worked across industry verticals including Telecom, Publications, IT/ITES/KPO, and Manufacturing and has managed products nationally, led entire product lines as marketing head and has led the marketing efforts of a fast-growing organization. Has held leadership positions as Deputy General Manager and Product Head at Tata Teleservices and Assistant Vice President and Marketing Head at AuthBridge Research Services.
Gaurav is a Certified Business Excellence Leader with a Gold Standard certification in the Tata Business Excellence Program. He is also a certified inbound marketer with certification from HubSpot and Google.
